Terms and conditions of sale

BOOKING CONDITIONS :

Once we have agreed on your stay, we ask you to send us your booking by e-mail, indicating :

• The name of the circuit
• The dates of your stay and your flight arrival and departure times.
• The number of people, their names and ages

On receipt, we will send you confirmation and payment details.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30%.

The balance is payable on arrival. We remind you that your reservation will be firm on receipt of the deposit.

You can make your payment :

• Paypal
• Bank transfer
• Western Union

CANCELLATION POLICY :

If Desert Passions is obliged to cancel your holiday for reasons beyond its control, we will refund 100% your deposit regardless of the date of cancellation or, if you wish, postpone your holiday.

If you need to cancel your stay with us, all cancellations must be made by e-mail to desertpassions@gmail.com  which will automatically be acknowledged.

The date of receipt of the e-mail is decisive.

The amount withheld is calculated as follows:

• For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday: €50 handling fee.
• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the holiday, 25% of the deposit will be retained.
•  For cancellations made between 8 and 20 days before the holiday, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
•   For cancellations made between 0 and 8 days before the holiday, 100% of the deposit will be retained.

No compensatory indemnity may be demanded.

 THE CONDITIONS GOVERNING CHANGES TO THE HOLIDAY PROGRAMME:

Requests for changes may relate to extending the stay, increasing the number of people or purchasing additional services.

They must be made no later than one month before the date of departure and will be subject to payment of a corresponding deposit, which will be specified to you.

RESPONSIBILITY :

We ask you to respect the instructions and advice of our guides and drivers. Desert Passions cannot be held responsible for any incidents, accidents or personal injury resulting from careless personal initiative. We are counting on you!

CIVIL LIABILITY :

You must have individual civil liability cover. It is essential that you have comprehensive cover: rescue and repatriation, medical expenses, luggage theft. Don't hesitate to get the necessary information from your insurance company or bank branch before you leave. Make sure you have all the necessary documents and telephone numbers.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION :

The information you give us is considered confidential and will only be passed on to our service providers if necessary.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6/01/1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you. To do so, simply send us a request online or by post, stating your full name and address.
