Overview
On arrival at M'hamid nicknamed the gateway to the Moroccan desert, you'll enjoy settling comfortably into the fixed bivouac located at 5km of the village. It is set amid the date palms and dunes of the great Moroccan Sahara. It's a great place to relax and unwind after a long journey through extraordinary natural scenery.
This will be your first direct contact with the long-awaited desert!
You'll find all the comforts you need. The tents are real rooms, insulated from the cold and wind, with quality bedding, and meals are taken in the large nomad tent that doubles as a restaurant. The evenings are usually enlivened by the young nomads and their traditional songs. When you have finished contemplating the magnificent sky at this latitude, you will find a restful sleep in your accommodation.
All our camel treks and 4×4 excursions usually start from this bivouac, so you can discover the incomparable charms of the Sahara.
