Overview
Cross the valley of the roses and the gorges of the Todra before discovering the charm of the desert. Then return via a mountainous area and part of the famous Draa. How can you resist the temptation? This tour will delight you with its diversity of landscapes.
Day 1 :
Departure from Ouarzazate (07h30) for a stopover at Skpoura where we will visit the kasbah of Amredhyleone of the most beautiful in the region. We will then cross the Valley of the Roses, where we will make a stop at Kella M'Gouna where many of the fresh roses are transformed into cosmetics. We then head for the canyons of the Gorges du Todra where we can take a walk around this fantastic site. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we'll head to the palm groves of Tinjedad and Tourougthen to Erfoud where we will visit a fossil workshop. Finally, we reach Merzouga and the dunes of the grand erg Chebbi we're sure to see! We won't be able to resist the pleasure of taking a camel ride across the dunes to admire the sunset. In the evening, we'll set up camp in a traditional bivouac in the middle of the dunes at Merzouga. Dinner and accommodation in Berber tents.
Day 2 :
Sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga A camel ride will leave you with unforgettable memories. After breakfast, departure for the palm groves of Tafilalet and to Rissanithe ancient Alaouite capital of the Sahara. We will have lunch in Alnif and then visit Tazzarine and the oasis of N'kob. We will continue our return to Ouarzazatevia the Col d'Ait Saoun (1660 metres) altitude) and part of the Vallée du Draa. Scheduled arrival at Ouarzazate to 18h00.
